Management wishes to inform staff that three companies have been engaged to carry out disconnection exercise. The outsourcing of this very critical function is part of the ongoing reorganisation of some of our functions and processes for greater effectiveness. It is also meant to shore up and secure our revenue in order to meet our obligations to all stakeholders.

The three companies are:

1. Nooretech Nigeria

2. QX-K Engineering Ltd.

3. Jiddan Multipurpose Nig. Ltd

The companies have been assigned to Area Offices across our franchise states and will be working closely with the Disconnection Unit at the Head Office and the Management teams at the Area Offices. Every month, a list of defaulters will be generated by the Disconnection Unit and shared with the Area Offices and the outsourced team for the disconnection exercise.

Management enjoins staff in the assigned locations especially Sales Representatives and the Technical team to give them the necessary cooperation for the success of the exercise.
