AA: No doubt, one of the ways to ensure revenue protection is proper networking to avoid loses and prompt metering and effective and efficient billing. Revenue leakages in electricity industry isn't a new phenomenon and cannot be underestimated. Part of the leakages in this firm is energy theft, defective metering, and to stop these mishaps we need rigorous public enlightenment and involvement of security agencies and all other stakeholders in stopping energy theft. On the side of the company is to ensure proper metering and billing through daily enumerations and correct data base.

CCD: Any appeal or suggestion to staff or Management?
AA: My appeal to the Management is to find cordial ways to harmonise and cement the management/staff relationship. The Management should motivate the staff, provide enough tools and working equipment’s. We should remember that no progress can be recorded without cordial relationship. Can a dog eat from hyena's plate? Definitely, no, why? Because they are not of the same family. In this regards we need to emulate and embrace one another with positive mind and passion, because only through these qualities that we progress and achieve a set target. The Management shouldn't behave like hyenas while the staff should behave as drinking water. In a nutshell, give Cesar what belongs to Cesar...
