Kaduna Electric has promised its customers seamless service at
this year’s Kaduna international Trade Fair which commenced at the
weekend at the trade fair ground in Kaduna. The company’s stand is at E2
Block B, Hall 3 at the trade fair complex.
A statement by the Head, Corporate Communication, Abdulazeez
Abdullahi, said the company will also use the opportunity of the fair to
enlighten and educate its esteemed customers about
the efforts the company has been making in ensuring improved power
supply to customers and further create the necessary awareness about the
critical role customers play in the success of the Nigerian electricity
supply value chain”.
He further disclosed that Kaduna Electric shall exhibit an array of
Hi-tech smart energy meters which are currently being installed for
customers in Kaduna as well as the payment solutions recently introduced
by the company.
“We enjoin our customers, other exhibitors and visitors alike to visit our pavilion at the trade fair complex to avail themselves of our products and services such as different meter types, vending services and payment solutions”, he asserted.
The electricity company shall also make use of the trade fair platform to receive and address customer complaints through the complaints desk at its stand.
