In a bid to
constantly keep its esteemed customers fully abreast of transactions on their
accounts, the Management of Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company has
introduced an alert system to immediately inform customers of transaction(s)
carried-out on their meters. The alert will contain information such as the
nature of transaction, the amount, the kilowatts hour of electricity
subscribed, date and time. This will further ensure that our customers have
correct value for all their transactions.
Kaduna Electric is
therefore calling on its valued customers to submit their valid mobile phone
number to the cashier at any of our vending centres. Kindly ensure that you
submit your personal number and not that of your wards, aides, house-help or
security guard.
