PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Management of
Kaduna Electric, the operator of Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company wishes
to inform its esteemed customers that it has commenced its mass meters
deployment programme. The exercise is currently going on in Kaduna metropolis.
The meters’ deployment programme entails supply and installation of smart
meters to the customers FREE and recovery of all old meters.
Kaduna Electric is
therefore enjoining its valued customers to give maximum co-operation to the
installers whenever they come around. Any concern or complaint should be
forwarded to the Project Manager or the Head, Energy Metering and New
Connection in rooms 104 and 101, No. 1&2, Ahmadu Bello Way Kaduna
respectively or through the Company’s customers care unit. The customers care unit
can be contacted through this number: 07019788888
Remember, these
meters are free. Do not entertain any request for payment of whatever fees from
anybody.
